Maiden's Quest March 28-29 2008

In the last weekend of March, I was blessed with the opportunity to go to a Maiden's Quest Retreat. This event was truly Christ centered. The speakers talked about looking at God and getting our eyes off this world. There were two break out sessions. In one I learned to make ribbon flowers, and in the other I learned natural beauty tips. I enjoyed it so much, and I plan on going next year (if it be the Lord's will). On Good Fiday the Lord allowed me to go on a picnic and to an event @ The Woodlands United Methodist Church. The speaker at the event was a blessing, and the praise and worship was beautiful (it all pointed to God).
